Thermocouple Sensors
MIMs ( Mineral Insulated Metal Sheath ) thermocouples range from 0.5mm dia to 12.7mm dia with heavy wall Extensive stocks of single, duplex, triplex conductor configurations with stainless steel and high nickel alloy sheath material. Able to manufacture plastic industry sensors to order and thermocouple wire cut to length and junctioned by TIG welding.
Standard Assemblies have insulated junctions; bonded or exposed junctions on request.
RTD Sensors
Resistance Temperature Detectors ( RTD ) offer the highest standard of accuracy and stability of any temperature sensor over the range –200 to 650 °C . The standard type used is Platinum PT 100 ohm with PT 500 and PT 1000 Ohm sensors available for special purpose use.
